We can change your delivery address if your order hasn't been dispatched. Once dispatched, it's difficult for us to reroute your package(s). However, please still contact our Dream Team and they will try to help.
Absolutely! You may choose the dispatch date if you need your mattress delivered at a later date. It can take between 1-7 business days from the selected dispatch date for your mattress to arrive. Please note that this excludes weekend delivery.
Our Dream Team will email you a tracking ID which you can then use to track your order online through the courier's website. For same-day metro deliveries, tracking information is sent via text message on the day of dispatch.
We’re working with our delivery partners to create a better experience, including the option of having your products delivered into your home. At the moment, only our Pure Mattress and Rio Sofa Bed can be transported into your allocated room.
Unfortunately, for all other products and for regional areas, the courier services have a front door + ground floor policy. They are not permitted to carry the item upstairs as they would not be covered by their employers' OH&S guidelines. Should your front door be above ground floor level, please ensure someone is available to assist you in moving the boxes if you are unable to do so yourself.
Your delivery time frame depends on your location in New Zealand. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).
