Ecosa Mattress Shipping & Delivery

If you’re shopping online, or not ready to take your mattress home with you after you’ve tried it out in-store, Ecosa shipping and delivery is a breeze.

Once you’ve found your match, and you’re ready for your 100-night trial, every Ecosa mattress arrives compressed in a compact box (with wheels and a handle for easy moving). It’s apartment-friendly, stair-friendly, and moving-day-friendly.

Ecosa offers free metro shipping for all orders $70 and over (AU) or $80 and over (NZ). Just place your order, sit back, relax, and we’ll be right there. Regional delivery timelines and fees will depend on your postcode.

Next-day delivery is available for mattresses to metro areas, and same-day delivery on weekdays is available for a flat fee, when you order before a certain time. 

Plus, Ecosa also offers Click & Collect at all store locations so you can shop online and deliver at your convenience.

If you decide your mattress isn’t quite right for you within the trial period, Ecosa mattress returns are simple and stress-free. Just get in touch with our Ecosa Dream Team to organise collection. Wherever possible, we’ll ensure the mattress is responsibly repurposed or recycled through our partners.

Proudly B-Corp certified, Ecosa is committed to keeping products out of landfill wherever possible. Through their award winning mattress recycling program, returned mattresses don’t end up in the bin. Whenever possible, Ecosa works with donation and recycling partners to give materials a second life.

Old, unwanted mattresses? No stress. Ecosa has created a simple way for you to give them a new life — collecting your old mattress direct from your house. If it’s in good condition, it’s donated to charity. If not, they’ll recycle the individual components.

Can you try an Ecosa mattress in a store?

Absolutely. You can try an Ecosa mattress in-store at any Ecosa showroom. Simply lie down, relax, stretch out, and take your time. You’ll be able to compare firmness levels, explore hybrid vs memory foam options, and understand what really supports your sleep style — with zero pressure to decide quickly.

Does Ecosa New Zealand have a store to test Ecosa mattresses?

Not at the moment. We operate online in New Zealand and deliver straight to your door. If you are in Auckland or Christchurch metro, your order can arrive the same day or the next business day. For all other locations, delivery usually takes 1 to 8 business days.

What’s the best way to test a mattress in-store?

The best way to test a mattress before buying in-store is to lie the way you naturally sleep at home. Try your usual position, then switch it up — back, side, stomach. Use a pillow, take a few slow breaths and pay attention to how supported your hips, shoulders and spine feel. Spend at least 5 minutes on each mattress. Give your body enough time to settle in and pick up on comfort differences or pressure zones you might not notice straight away.
