Always remove the massager before sleeping. The massage heads and air bag are located around the eye, which will result in uncomfortable pressure or pain from these components if used while sleeping.
During use, your skin on the massage areas may feel warm and may turn slightly red. This is normal.
After use, slight marks may be left on the face, which will disappear over time.
Due to prolonged eye closure during the massage, temporary blurred vision may occur. Rest with your eyes closed for 1 to 3 minutes after removing the massager, and your vision will gradually clear.
DO NOT dispose of any product containing a lithium-ion battery in general waste. Recycle at an approved battery recycling facility or refer to your local council's waste guidelines.

A full charge gives you up to around 80 minutes of use – plenty for several sessions. Charging takes about 2 hours 30 minutes over USB-C. Playing music via Bluetooth will use the battery a little faster.

Always remove any contact lenses, glasses and false eyelashes before each session, and we'd recommend using CalmMask without any makeup on – the warmth and gentle pressure can smudge it, and cosmetics can transfer onto the mask.

If any makeup does end up on the contact surface, simply wipe it with a clean, damp cloth.

No, the temperature and massage settings are preset within each of the four modes rather than adjusted manually – so instead of fiddling with levels, you just choose the mode that suits how you feel.

Cool Compress is the coolest; Vitality and Soothing bring steady warmth; and Heating & Cooling alternates between the two. Warmth reaches approx. 38°C, and the cooling compress refreshes without going too cold, approx. 14°C*.

You can absolutely relax with it lying down – the adjustable band holds it in place hands-free, sitting up or reclining. Just don't wear it to sleep: the massage heads and airbags sit around your eyes and aren't comfortable to sleep with, so always take it off before you drift off.
