Great mattress

Finally Having A Good Night’s Sleep

Thank you to the Ecosa team, from on line ordering right through to delivery. A very smooth process. The Customer Relations people also assisted me promptly and after hours with my initial card payment query. Right from the first night I slept well without any of the usual aches & pains I had been experiencing prior even though I had a good mattress.

A new member of the Family!

We desperately needed a better mattress as I have fibromyalgia and hubby has neck and back issues from a moto-x accident. Our chronic pain is pretty high on the scale (only about 10% below childbirth) and I was nervous buying one online without trying it first but I decided the trial with no issue refund if you don’t like it was worth the risk. Well, delivery and setup was quick and easy. I also very quickly learned why their no fuss pickup and refund option was so generous. You will literally threaten physical harm to anyone that tries to part you from the new addition. Sleeping on this mattress is like a miracle, its not a new piece of bedroom furniture, it is now a member of the family. My only regret is not trying it sooner.

Exceeded my expectations

Both the customer service and matress itself are second-to-none. I was sceptical about a matress that comes compressed in a box, but it’s acrually so comfy and supportive. It’s my sons first big bed and he loves it, I also have found it so comfortable. The customer experience was outstanding after I made an error ordering, would definitely recommend! Thanks again guys :-)
