Cooling Quilt

Yes. With its cool-to-touch fabric and breathable, sweat-wicking bamboo filling, our lightweight Cooling Quilt helps to regulate body temperature for more comfortable sleep. It has a Qmax score of 0.4, which equates to feeling approximately 2-5 degrees cooler. For comparison, cotton and silk bedding sleep warmer with scores around 0.11 and 0.19, respectively.

Spills happen, so you’ll be happy to know your Cooling Quilt is machine washable! Wash your quilt separately in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. 
Do not bleach, iron or dry clean. Line dry only.

Sure thing! You can use a quilt cover without impacting the cooling effect of your Cooling Quilt – but do consider the fabric. We recommend ultra-breathable flax linen or moisture-wicking bamboo for cool, comfy nights.
