Rio Ottoman FAQ

We want you to be over the moon with your Rio Ottoman. So if, for any reason, you are not happy during your 100-night trial, please email us to let us know. We will arrange for your ottoman to be collected and donated to a family in need – no arguments or jumping through hoops involved. Once your ottoman has been collected, you'll be issued a full refund (including your delivery fee).

The best place to try the Rio Ottoman is in the comfort of your own home. You can use the ottoman for 100 nights and let your body decide if you love it.

Even though zippers are on some covers, we don’t recommend removing them to wash.

Nope, it arrives to you as is, no assembly required!

• Vacuum regularly on low suction

• Avoid placing the ottoman in direct sunlight, as this will fade the fabric colour

Spot Cleaning

• Remove any spills immediately

• Do not scrub with a stiff brush

• Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid

• Avoid using excess water as this may result in a water stain.

• Allow the fabric to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

We recommend leaving deep cleaning of your Rio Ottoman to the professionals and finding a local upholstery cleaning company to do the job.

We can’t guarantee the performance of third-party fabric protectors, so we don’t recommend using these on your ottoman. If you do decide to use one, please follow instructions and test it out in a small, hidden area of the ottoman first, just in case. These fabric protectors may discolour or change your fabric if applied incorrectly, which will not be covered under your 5-year warranty.

No, the Rio Ottoman uses premium foam so it’s the comfiest place to put your feet up, but this means it doesn’t allow for any inbuilt storage space.

The Rio Sofa Bed and Ottoman are sold separately and do not come in a bundle, which gives you the flexibility to just purchase the sofa bed if you please, or buy the two together.
