What is the return process?

If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights of using your Tokyo Sofa Bed, you're eligible for a refund. Once the sofa bed is collected by one of our charity partners, your refund will be processed – and your sofa will be donated to someone in need.To start the return, contact our friendly Dream Team. They'll guide you through the steps and ensure the process is seamless.

Where can I try the sofa bed?

We believe the best place to try our sofa beds and mattresses is in the comfort of your home. We've therefore scrapped the showrooms, which also helps us keep our prices affordable – win-win.So you can feel confident in your purchase, we offer a 100-night trial with a money-back guarantee. This gives you ample time to allow your body to adjust to your new sofa bed and decide if it's right for you.If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Ecosa sofa bed during this time, we’ll arrange for its collection and a full refund. Do you send fabric samples?

We do not send fabric samples to our customers due to the additional cost, logistics and waste involved. Instead, our 100-night trial allows you to experience our sofa beds in their entirety, risk-free. We feel this provides a much better sense of comfort and aesthetics than a small fabric swatch could.
