We will arrange for your sofa bed to be collected and donated to a family in need – no arguments or jumping through hoops involved. Once your sofa bed has been collected, you'll be issued a full refund (including your delivery fee).

Even though zippers are on some covers, we don’t recommend removing them to wash.

The 2.5 seater sofa bed folds out into a double mattress.

The 3 seater is between a queen and king size mattress at 170cm wide, so we recommend using king-sized bedding when sleeping on the sofa bed.

The recommended weight capacity is approximately 120kg per seat, with a total weight capacity of 300kg for the 2.5 seater sofa bed and 360kg for the 3 seater sofa bed.

• Avoid placing the sofa in direct sunlight, as this will fade the fabric colour

Spot Cleaning

• Remove any spills immediately

• Do not scrub with a stiff brush

• Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid

• Avoid using excess water as this may result in a water stain.

• Allow the fabric to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

We recommend leaving deep cleaning of your Rio Sofa bed to the professionals and finding a local upholstery cleaning company to do the job.

Although you can use the product almost straight away, we recommend giving the seat a few hours to decompress before use. It can take a few days for the product to fully expand to the proper size and reach its correct comfort level.

We can’t guarantee the performance of third-party fabric protectors, so we don’t recommend using these on your sofa. If you do decide to use one, please follow instructions and test it out in a small, hidden area of the sofa first, just in case. These fabric protectors may discolour or change your fabric if applied incorrectly, which will not be covered under your 5-year warranty.
