When can I expect my topper to arrive?

You can expect your new topper(s) to arrive within 2-7 business days. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).

Can I use an electric blanket with the topper? Is it safe?

Yes, you may use an electric blanket or heating pad on the Firm Mattress Topper. Just remember to always follow the safety instructions of the electric blanket.

Can I wash the cover?

Absolutely. The cover of the topper has a zipper that you can just remove and put in the washer. Run it in a cold setting, and voila – a fresh topper once again!

Is there a 100-night trial on the topper?

Unfortunately, the 100-night trial is only valid for Ecosa mattresses and the Ecosa Pillow. The Firm Mattress Topper does have a 5-year warranty against defects, where we will provide a free return and replacement.
