Please note that we don’t offer Saturday delivery.

What is the return process?

If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights of using your Rio Timer Sofa Bed, you're eligible for a refund. Once the sofa bed is collected by one of our charity partners, your refund will be processed – and your sofa will be donated to someone in need.To start the return, contact our friendly Dream Team. They'll guide you through the steps and ensure the process is seamless.
