For those outside our metro delivery zone, we’ll work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times will vary by location. Timeframes will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

No. We don’t recommend using electric blankets with the SenseHD Mattress. The heat from an electric blanket may interfere with the cooling properties, and could potentially damage its specialised materials. For longevity and performance of your SenseHD Mattress, we suggest using breathable, season-appropriate bedding instead.

Ecosa’s mattress return process is easy! If you’re not loving your SenseHD Mattress and are still within your 100-night trial period, feel free to contact us. Yes. The SenseHD features a removable, machine-washable cooling top cover, making it easy to keep your mattress fresh. Simply unzip the top cover and throw it in the wash.

Designed to feel up to 80% cooler to the touch than standard mattress surfaces, the cover also helps regulate your sleep temperature while adding a convenient layer that's simple to remove and clean. Always follow the care instructions on the label for the best results.

SenseHD is different to a regular memory foam mattress because it’s been carefully engineered with Ecosa's exclusive KineticaFoam™ — an ultra-high-density memory foam with more than double the density of standard memory foam*. This allows it to contour more precisely to your unique shape, weight and body temperature for personalised pressure relief and support.
