Can I wash my pillow, and how do I clean it?

The cover of your SideSupport Pillow is removable and machine washable. Machine wash separately on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. The foam pillow insert can be spot-cleaned using a damp cloth – DO NOT wash the pillow in your washing machine.

How long does a pillow last before needing to be replaced?

Pillows should typically be replaced every 1-2 years for hygiene and optimal support. Air your pillows regularly, use a pillowcase and follow the care and cleaning instructions to maximise the life of your pillow.
