Please note that we don’t offer Saturday delivery.

What is the return process?

If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights of using your Vienna Sofa Bed, you're eligible for a refund. Once the sofa bed is collected by one of our charity partners, your refund will be processed – and your sofa will be donated to someone in need.To start the return, contact our friendly Dream Team. They'll guide you through the steps and ensure the process is seamless.
