How does the returns process work?

We want you to be over the moon with your Pure Mattress. So if, for any reason, you are not happy during your 100-night trial, please email us to let us know. We will arrange for your mattress to be collected and donated to a family in need – no arguments or jumping through hoops involved. Once your mattress has been collected, you'll be issued a full refund (including your delivery fee).
