We ship to anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and Hong Kong.
We can change your delivery information as long as your item has not been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, it is difficult for us to change your details. Please still contact our Dream Team - they will still try to help!
Absolutely! You may choose dispatch date if you need your mattress delivered at a later date. It can take between 1-7 business days from the selected dispatch date for your mattress to arrive. Please note that this excludes weekend delivery.
Our Dream Team will email you a tracking ID which you can then use to track your order online through the courier's website.
Yes! We ship everywhere in New Zealand, and we ship for free!
Sure. Our courier can leave your package outside. If there is a safe place to leave your package, tick the option to leave it outside in checkout. If you forgot to tick the box, that's okay, just contact our friendly customer service team and they will sort it out for you.
Unfortunately not, the courier services have a front door + ground floor policy.
They are not permitted to carry the item upstairs as they would not be covered by their employers OH&S guidelines.
Should your front door be above ground floor level, please ensure someone is available to assist you in moving the box if you are unable to do so yourself.
Your delivery time frame depends on your location in New Zealand. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).
North Island: 1-2 business days
South Island: 3-4 business days
Unfortunately deliveries are to New Zealand mainland only.
We can deliver to the nearest depot where you can then arrange for collection or private on-forwarding.
