If the order is placed over the weekend, delivery will occur on the next business day.For regional areas, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days.

What is the return process?

If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights of using your Sydney Sofa Bed, you're eligible for a refund. Once the sofa bed is collected by one of our charity partners, your refund will be processed – and your sofa will be donated to someone in need.To start the return, contact our friendly Dream Team.
