Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). It can take anywhere between 2-7 business days after that for your order to arrive.

Our returns process is easy! If you’re not loving your ecosa pillow and are still within your trial period, feel free to contact us! We’ll organise your return and full refund.

What are the dimensions of the ecosa pillow?

Our pillow is made to suit Hong Kong standard size, 38cm x 56cm.Being an ergonomic design, our pillow has a high side and a low side. The high side measures up to 13 centimetres, while the low side is 10 centimetres. The pillow comes with three additional pads you can insert - two are 2 centimetres and the other is 3 centimetres.
