You could even receive your mattress the same day or the next business day, depending on the cut-off times.At checkout, you can select a delivery window that works best for you:Auckland Only: 9am–12pm (if ordered by 7:40am) 1pm–5pm (if ordered by 11:40am)6pm–9pm (if ordered by 1:40pm) Christchurch Only:1pm–5pm (if ordered by 11:40am)6pm–9pm (if ordered by 1:40pm)For all other areas, delivery usually takes 1-8 business days. Please note that we don’t offer Saturday delivery.

What is the return process?

If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights of using your Sydney Sofa Bed, you're eligible for a refund. Once the sofa bed is collected by one of our charity partners, your refund will be processed – and your sofa will be donated to someone in need.To start the return, contact our friendly Dream Team. They'll guide you through the steps and ensure the process is seamless.

Do you send fabric samples?

We do not send fabric samples to our customers due to the additional cost, logistics and waste involved.
